by tapping on specific points on the face and upper body while focusing on a thought, emotion, or belief, we send calming signals to the brain, helping regulate the nervous system and shift whats been stuck - old stories, buried emotions, beliefs that no longer serve you.
it’s about holding space for all of you - so you can move forward feeling lighter, clearer, more grounded and more like you.
